ReSet

Experience a regenerative workshop with us, to help you build your strategies inspired by living systems

ReSet - Principes

Our ambition with ReSet

Impacts of our activities on the climate and biodiversity, conflicting demands, loss of meaning at work and absenteeism, complexity in the search of profitability, lack of long-term visibility, whether you are an employee, manager or leader, you are undoubtedly faced with these problems, which can block all or part of your organisation.

We have entered a phase of development of human activities characterized by a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environment, born from the reaching of several planetary limits. To survive and continue to develop their vitality, our organisations must change the very paradigm on which they were built.

We must collectively move from a linear, predictive, extractive logic, based on the separation between Humans and Nature, to a systemic, holistic approach, respectful of women and men, and ecosystems, without which this vitality would quickly be under threat.

This new situation requires a profound change in our ways of thinking and operating. ReSet was designed to meet this imperative.

Based on the principles of regeneration, collective intelligence and serious gaming, the ReSet workshop proposes to seek inspiration from the 6 living principles identified by Nexus, to instill a new mode of thinking and action at the heart of organisations.

Several organizations have already tested and experienced the transformation potential of ReSet. We invite you to join them now.

Who is ReSet for?

ReSet is designed for all organisations, companies, charities, NGOs, communities or institutions who wish to understand and apply regenerative development to boost their vitality in line with their purpose.

What does a typical workshop look like?

Before the workshop, we meet to discuss your context, your needs, the casting of participants and the planning of the workshop.

The workshop then takes place in-person, over a duration of approximately 3h30 (to be adjusted with you) which is organised in 3 stages:

  • Phase 1, in plenary, introduction to the principles of living systems and regeneration (45 minutes)
  • Phase 2, team game, around the board, where the coopetition serves a collective objective: that of achieving the regeneration of the organisation, by answering a series of questions based on the 6 principles of regeneration, answers captured by the facilitators, each answer being a potential regeneration leverage point for your organisation (1h30)
  • Phase 3, back in plenary for a review and first-level triage: among the regeneration avenues that emerged during the workshop, which ones do we keep, and which ones would we like to explore further, by comparing their potential for impact with their feasibility? (45 minutes)

Later on, in the 3 weeks that follow the workshop, we organise with you a feedback meeting which allows us to review the solutions that have emerged and to begin to draw a roadmap.

The terms
